CCD300 Continous Compression Die

Description
Rotating press for caps' embossing CCD300B
Rotating machine to carry out plastic deformation or embossing on the shells' bottom of the moulded crown cap.
The main aim is to work on previously externally lithographed shells and apply the embossing in phase with the lithographic drawing.

The machine is equipped with:
- hopper with rotating cap feeding and relative orientation system
- mechanical moulding drum capable of rotating autonomously by means of engines controlled by single activations.

Description
Automatic crown cap lining machine suitable for extruding dry blend thermoplastic material (i.e. PVC, PE, EVA), metering and cutting it into pellets, inserting the pellets into the caps and cold moulding them to form a fixed sealing gasket profile. Description
Crown cap in-shell lining machine PMC500B
Automatic crown cap lining machine suitable for extruding granulated material (i.e. PVC, PE, EVA), slitting the material into single pellets, inserting the pellet into the crown cap and moulding the liner according to a well-defined profile. The output of the machine strongly depends on the type of resin used, part design and part weight.

The machine is equipped with:
- cap feeding hopper with sorting device
- extruder with 60 mm diameter screw, equipped with AC motor and controlled by inverter, for the feeding of the compound. Temperature and number of screw revs are managed by the control system
