Fillbag
Automatic introduction, cut and bag filling
- The BAG IN BOX filler is completely manufactured in stainless steel.
- Filling is carried out thanks to a flow-meter.
- The machine is equipped with a program for the automatic washing with chemical solution and, on demand, by steam.
- Possibility of sucking the eventual residual air from the bag before filling it;
- Possibility of introducing a gas blowing (nitrogen as usual) at the end of the filling phase.
- It is suitable to handle formats from 1.5 up to 25 liters.
- Output based on the 3 l bag : 400÷500 pieces/hour.
- Guarantee of protection against the absorption of oxygen thanks to the system ‘no oxygen pick up’ (guaranteed values below 0,1 PPM)

More specifically, a corrugated cardboard blank is fed into the hopper together with the product and then wrapped and glued around it.
The index technology used for this process is suitable for output rates of up to around 25 cases / min.

The FL20 is 4-axis palletizer operated by inverter-controlled three-phase asynchronous geared motors. The air operated pick-up gripper rotates 90°. The machine is controlled by a PLC which can store up to 20 pack arrangements. The user’s interface is an alphanumeric terminal which provides all the settings and video-pages required to operate the machine. The machine comes with two dynamically assigned pallet stations or an automatic magazine for the empty pallets and a mechanism to handle the cardboard dividers.

Palletizer built with double-column system assembled on a strong bearing structure.
- The pre-formation is composed of powered roller by means of a belt which speed is checked by frequency converter.
- Automatic pack turner and pack spacers suitable to create the different layer patterns.
- Automatic pusher suitable to push the rows of packs towards the palletizing head.
- Boundary self-centring layer compacting units are put in motion by motor reducers; the positioning is checked, electronically.
- The dimensions of the layer are stored in the format which has been set, in order to compact it without making too much pressure on product.
- Safety system against the eventual fall of the head, in case of the breaking of the lifting chain, by means of pneumatic cylinders of locking.
