ALFA FILLING MACHINE
The new ALFA is a gravity filling machine designed for still products. Thanks to its innovative design, it is suitable for highly delicate products, such as water, juices, tea and fresh milk.

A hot filling model with a product circulation system is also available.

SOLO-MAS FILLING MACHINE
The Solo-Mas filler was designed to meet the flexibility and hygiene requirements of the most demanding customers. It combines the advantages of volumetric electronic technology with the simplicity of traditional technology.

Sacmi has developed and patented a filling system that calculates filling times. The Solo-Mas has a single flow meter that provides similar levels of precision filling to traditional systems, but with very low management and maintenance costs.

Its structure is made entirely from stainless steel, and the isolator in the filling area (available on request) enables PET bottles to be filled in ultra clean conditions, which means that the use of sterilising agents can be kept to a minimum.

Because there is no contact between the valve and bottle, filling of even very sensitive products, such as still, functional and flavoured waters, oil, vinegar and still isotonic drinks, can be carried out by simply selecting the appropriate setting on the control panel.

The high level of automation and ease of use make the Solo-Mas the best solution for maximum flexibility in terms of products to be filled and maximum efficiency for format-changing times, which provides a guarantee of optimum hygienic conditions. In addition, the automatic CIP cup system and external machine washing (available on request) removes the possibility of external contamination.

VEGA FILLING MACHINE
The new VEGA is an isobaric filling machine offering a high degree of flexibility that enables it to be used in a variety of applications.

While mainly designed for carbonated products such as beer, soft drinks and mineral water, it may also be used for still water, juices and ready-to-drink teas.

• Filling of beer with double pre-evacuation or flow for PET bottles

The lower section Is painted steel (or stainless steel upon request) and the upper section is covered by a thick stainless steel sheet. The base supports the bottle transfer starwheels.

BLENDO MAS - System for production of soft drinks
System for automatic production of soft drinks by continuous mixing of water, syrup and CO2.

Blowing

SBF ROTARY BLOW MOLDING for blowing PET performs
The Sacmi SBF range of rotary stretch blow moulding machines represents high-end equipment able to pro-duce more than 80,000 bottles per hour in the standard half-litre format.

The range consists of 12 models, featuring from six to 30 blow moulding stations. 1 B = 2 b is the distinguishing characteristic of Sacmi SBF machines.Each machine in the range, from the smallest model with 6 cavities to the biggest with 30, can switch with the greatest ease from moulding a large bottle with 1 cavity to moulding a small one with 2.

In this way, it is possible to process twice as many small bottles, making full use of the moulding machi-ne’s capacity and productive potential, and of any fil-ling machine to which it might be connected.

The Sacmi SBF machine has also been designed to be integrated upstream of PAM, Sacmi’s exclusive compression preform production system.

PRESSURE SENSITIVE LABELLERS

OPERA PRESSURE SENSITIVE
	Opera pressure sensitive is a labelling machine equipped with one or more labelling station. It guarantees the perfect application of one or more self-adhesive labels on the same container at very high production speeds. It is equipped with the HS04 Labelling Station which dispenses self-adhesive labels at a linear velocity of 140 m/min. The wedge shaped station makes it perfect for installation on both rotating and linear labelling machines. The same shape allows the installation of two labelling stations in parallel. It guarantees the non – stop MASTER SLAVE function, that permits the machine to continue to function without stopping during label reel replacement or if anomalies are found.
The Opera Pressure Sensitive system can be equipped with: - camera vision system to carry out labelling quality control - Servomotors for the rotation of the containers - Print variable data - optical or mechanical orientation system.

HOT MELT MACHINE
	Rotary labelling machine for the application of paper or plastic wraparound pre-cut labels applied with thermo fuse glue (Hot Melt system). The labelling group, using an industrial Hot Melt Applicator, allows a great adhesive economy compared with the traditional methods. The change over operations are very easy and quick.

 

OPERA ROLL FED
	Opera Roll Fed guaratees a perfect labelling system at high speed. It may handle either cylindrical or shaped containers, made of PET, glass or metal, and it may apply either patch or wraparound labels.
It has been conceived to guarantee the maintenance and lubrification reduced to the minimun. It has low operation life cost The transfer of the label from the cutting drum to the bottle is carried out by means of an aluminium vacuum drum without grippers. In this way the labelling process is less critical. It can be equippped with the automatic double reel autosplicer to work in continuos.

OPERA COMBI
	Opera Combi integrates different labelling technologies in the same machine. It consists of a main carousel provided with several labelling stations fixed on the base frame.

ROLL FED SLEEVE TECHNOLOGY
	The sleeve, or wrap-around plastic film, is a label that is thermo-shrunk onto the cantainer. Today, it represents the most efficient alternative to classic labelling. Sacmi Labelling Opera R.F.S.T. Roll Fed Sleeve Technology is a modular labelling machine which allows the application of wrap-around thermo-shrink plastic film labels strarting directly from the film on the roll. It use the laser welding technology. Aftrewards, one or more heat treatment stations execute thermo-shrinking to complete the process.
With the roll fed sleeve method and the laser technology, the label production becomes a fully integrated part of the bottling line. It allows a cheap, easy and clean labelling process. Cutting-edge technology, savings and environmental-frienliness-all in one.

OPERA PRESSURE SENSITIVE HIGH SPEED WITH CAMERA VISION SYSTEM
	Opera Pressure sensitive high speed is a self-adhesive labelling machine which perfectly applies self-adhesive labels at a speed of 15,000 to 60,000 BPH, thanks to the HS04 labelling station and the CVS3000 bottle orientation system designed together with the automation division and the inspection systems of Sacmi Imola.
The HS04 Labelling Station was designed and constructed to provide the highest level of technology for the application of self-adhesive labels onto containers of different shapes and materials. The wedge shaped station makes it perfect for installation on both rotating and linear labelling machines. More than one adhesive unit can be installed on the same machine, which has two significant advantages: - Permits the application of more than one label onto the same container - Permits the parallel installation of several adhesive units for continuous labelling
	The CVS3000 automatic vision system guarantees the calculation of the rotation of the bottles and their orientation based on the low relief logo or any other point of reference on the bottle, as well as the subsequent check of the accordingly correct application of the label, at a speed of 1,000 bpm.
