JetBlack Cleaning
The JetBlack is a safe and effective tool for cleaning and de-dusting operations in factory environments. Available in either a wall mounted or portable format, it removes liquids or debris from machinery and components quickly and efficiently.

- SAFE - the JetBlack uses high volume, low pressure air (2.52 PSIG / 70 In.Swg) which poses no threat to personal safety.
- OSHA Compliant - for the USA, ACI's JetBlack is supplied with a chip-guard which complies with the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA). This is not fitted as a standard item for the R-O-W countries.
- Lower noise levels - with levels below 78db(A), the JetBlack noise emissions are typically lower than compressed air nozzle units
- Effective and Efficient - blower-powered air costs less than 10% of the equivalent compressed air generation
- Options - include static neutralisation packs, and full cleaning/dust extraction booths.
- Customer site visits/demos are available - in the UK. International Customers supported by ACI's Global Distributor Network.
Compressed air can be fatal - this is particularly true if it comes into contact with bare skin. Installing a JetBlack will allow your employees to safely ‘clean down' without putting themselves in any danger.
