Fan units can be fitted with directly coupled AC motors (2 or 4 pole ), or supplied with extended shafts for belt driven applications.  All units offer a robust/reliable solution for industrial applications and are intended for clean air; dust-laden air; pneumatic conveying and many other industrial applications.

EV Low to high pressure fans

ACi's low, medium to high pressure radial bladed blowers.
All of the following blower units have the option of direct-drive or belt-driven alternatives. The ACI range is currently split into the following categories:

  • AP series – medium to high pressure with direct or belt drive options.
  • MPR series – low to medium pressure, low noise, reverse blade impeller. 
  • BPR series –low pressure, high volume backward curved. 2, 4 and 6 pole options. 
  • BP series – low pressure, high volume forward curved. 2, 4 and 6 pole options. 
  • EU/EUM series – low to medium, high volume, reverse blade with 2 or 4 pole options. 
  • TQ/TPA/TF/TG/TH series – product conveying series c/w impeller design for medium and high pressure.

Medium to high pressure centrifugal fans with direct or belt driven options.

All of these units are constructed with a light alloy die-cast impeller with wing profile blades.

  • EVC series – axial-flow unit, single flange ducting drum.
  • EVP series – axial-flow unit, single flange ducting drum. 
  • EVF/EVL series – axial-flow unit, double flange ducting drum. 
  • EVT series – axial-flow unit, fibreglass roof, fitted with base for mounting. 
  • BT Series – centrifugal fan wheel fitted with fibreglass roof, fitted with base for mounting.

Belt driven in-line axial fans with a die cast impeller.

PMA8

A unit that offers a high volume air delivery at low pressure and is suitable for both delivery and extraction duties.

  • Provides a ‘straight line' airflow that minimises both turbulence and noise levels (82 dB)
  • Flow rates up to 1550 m3/hr (900 CFM) with pressures of 0.75in.SWG (1.8mBar)
  • Motors are sealed to IP44 and can be either 3-phase (380/440V) or 1-phase (230V).

Jet Fan

Description: ACI's JetfanACI's JetFan is an energy efficient and versatile solution that is ideal for factory ventilation and 'destratification' of hot air in a roof space. It can also be supplied on a floor stand for ground level cooling applications.
